EXPERIENCE:
2/15 to PresentU.S. Census Bureau, Suitland, MD,
Contractor/Scheduler – Full time use of Primavera P6, v 8.3, Primavera
Web, Microsoft 2010 and Microsoft 2010 Server. I am the Senior
Scheduler among a group of 6 other Schedulers. My primary duties are to
work with the Branch Chiefs and Project Managers on several resource loaded 2020
Census projects. Responsible for all aspects of the development and
implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for
those projects.

– On-site support subcontractor to the Transportation Management Systems
group. This group designs, develops and installs CAD/AVL (Computer
Aided Dispatch/Automated Vehicle Location) systems for large-scale municipal
governments. I work in cross functional groups to develop comprehensive
project plans to realign the scope and financial attributes of the
projects. Currently working on 11 key programs with emphasis on SFMTA
(San Francisco Metropolitan Transit Authority) and RIPTA (Rhode Island Public
Transit Authority). Because of my experience and efficiency, 2 other
scheduler positions remain unfilled. I was able to create a
comprehensive weekly project dashboard report which is viewed at the Vice

combination of IT and construction of a 15 story Cast in Place (CIP) concrete
office building. Each schedule is based on a template of over 2,400
tasks. Extensive work with MS Project 2007/2010, Project Server (PWA) and

subcontract to Digital Management Inc. (DMI) supporting the Veterans
Administration (VA) Office of Information Technology. I provided data
analysis as well as project/ portfolio rationalization and
prioritization. I am 1 of 3 key senior managers supporting over $400
Million of application enhancements throughout the VAHB and VAHA. The
schedules were baselined and critical path analysis was conducted on a weekly
basis. I created a monthly executive dashboard with integration to

contractor. I worked as a Master Scheduler/Assistant Project Manager in

within a streamlined department include review of construction subcontracting
agreements, 7 and 30-day look-ahead construction assignments, EVM (Earn Value

Contract position for the #1 largest construction company according to
Fortune Magazine. Assigned to Fluor-Lane LLC partnership to manage and
implement a 40% subcontract goal to small businesses. The HOT Lanes
project is one of 4 Mega Projects with a lump sum contract value of $1.4
Billion. I administered over $330 M in contracts and purchase orders in
a 24 month period. Management reports were prepared and presented to the
Fluor-Lane, LLC monthly board meetings. I presented during outreach events,

Concepts, Inc., Gaithersburg, MD / Sr. Project Manager – I
was key personnel in a fast growing environmental construction/consulting
firm. I was responsible for total project development and management
from bidding to completion of large LUST (leaking underground storage tanks.
Major projects included Maryland Transit Authority, Prince George’s Public
Schools, and Archstone/Smith Properties. I consistently finished on
